If your pet has an acute, life threatening emergncy during regular business hours, call the clinic or an emergency clinic right away. In the case of an acute emergency, it is best to call ahead to notify our reception team as to the nature of your pet's emergency if possible. This will allow us to advise you of any information specific to your pet's transport or immediate first aid that may help your pet. Patients are triaged and seen on a priority basis. Please call 416-622-2003.
Just Call us….
We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening but you feel your pet needs to be seen before we are able to book a routine appointment. Please call the clinic to determine the best time for your pet’s visit. 416-622-2003
Outside of regular business hours…
If you have an emergency outside of our regular business hours you will need to take your pet to an emergency veterinary clinic. The emergency clinic will forward your veterinary records to our clinic for your doctor to review and provide any necessary follow-up care.
