Dr. Nadia completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences, with honours at the University of Guelph and pursued her Bachelor of Veterinary Science at the University Of Sydney, Australia.
Dr. Hirani worked in Australia for a short time in both general and emergency practices before returning to her native Ontario. Dr. Nadia manages to strike a perfect balance between passion and composure in dealing with her patients and their parents. Her sense of humour and caring nature have made her a fantastic asset to our team.
Dr. Hirani generously volunteers her time and expertise with Pawz for Cause and Community Veterinary Outreach providing preventative health care to animals of the homeless in the greater Toronto area.
In her spare time, Dr. Nadia likes participating in school activities with her daughter Hannah, enjoying the outdoors and playing an active role within her religious community. Her German Shepherd, Bella, (pictured left), ensures that Dr. Nadia and Hannah feel safe at home as Bella serves her self ascribed life’s purpose as guard dog extraordinaire.
