Jen A (as she is affectionately known) joined the RVC family in 2004 and over time, it has become impossible to conceive of ‘us’ without her. Jennifer graduated from the Veterinary Technology program at Northern College in 2003. In addition to her exceptional technical and nursing skills, Jen has an undeniable connection with our furry friends. Her natural intuition and calm disposition benefit all of our patients and their parents. Her clinical interests include nursing care, behaviour and cytology. Jenn has been there to save the day countless times over the years when clients have been unable to continue to care for their beloved pets (especially when they are shitzus ). Her menagerie currently includes her shitzu, Oreo and her cat, Virgil. She has also fostered and saved sundry creatures over the years from kittens and cockatoos to abandoned dogs and squirrels!
